Common faults and warning signs
- Low differential pressure or flow alarms
- Pump noise, vibration or overheating
- Frequent seal leakage or loss of prime
- Uneven cooling at distant zones

Water & pump systems
Trace circulation and pressure problems across pumps, valves, controls and connected chilled-water equipment.
The equipment
A pump room moves chilled water through the cooling network and maintains the flow and pressure needed by chillers, coils and terminal units. Poor circulation can imitate a cooling fault, so pump performance, valve position, strainers, air in the system and control logic all need to be considered.

Diagnosis before decisions
A clear service process
Measurements guide the repair scope. After the agreed work, operation is checked again against the original symptom.
Review the circuit, duty/standby arrangement and affected zones.
Check pressure, flow indicators, motor current and vibration.
Complete the approved pump, valve, seal or control work.
Confirm circulation, changeover and stable system pressure.
